Learn the facts about how to achieve a healthy body composition. This information is appropriate for all young women since the goals are to build muscle and be strong and flexible. Learn why calorie cutting doesn’t work; instead, you will learn how to balance your meals for a strong, healthy body.

  • How food and vitamins can help with mood, focus and energy.
  • Which foods are best for clear skin and which contribute to breakouts.
  • How to balance your hormones so that you are not sidelined every month with bad periods.
  • How to fuel your exercise appropriately, both before and after your workouts.

This is a perfect program for all young women mainly because there is so much unsubstantiated information disseminated on the web that most girls are approaching their diet and health based on unscientific principles. At the very least this information can be useless, and at worst, dangerous and unhealthy.
